A Digitális Képtár filozófiája igen egyszerű. 

A szín a lélek költészete, bőkezűen meríthetők a képekből. A képek életre keltik a látott természetet, a tapasztalt érzelmeket, ötleteket, hagyományokat, egyedi elképzeléseket, és mindezek tematikus módon kerülnek bemutatásra. 

A grafikák kizárólag digitális technikával készültek a PC Windows Paint 3D rajzprogram segítségével. A képek itt láthatók, a virtuális térben elhelyezett virtuális képgalériában. Ugyanakkor a képekről nyomatok készíthetők. 

Color is the poetry of the soul, and can be generously drawn from images. The pictures bring to life the seen nature, the experienced emotions, ideas, traditions, and unique ideas, and all of these are presented in a thematic manner.
The graphics were created exclusively using digital techniques using the PC Windows Paint 3D drawing program. The pictures can be seen here, in the virtual picture gallery located in the virtual space. At the same time, prints can be made from the images.
